Killer J-Pipe - BUY IT
Man what a difference. I heard everyone say you needed a J-Pipe for the car to come alive and were they spot on. Craftsmanship is phenomenal like every other GS product I've gotten so far. Not only is the power incredible, it gives the car a much deeper tone without having to do anything with the CBE. I recommend completing it with GS's full CBE, or just get the turboback kit. WORD OFADVICE FOR ANYONE DOING A SELF INSTALL - Definitely buy the GS hardware kit that comes with it - If you're going to the stock CBE, make sure to purchase the adapter to the stock CBE - GET A TUNE. The car will run rich without it and will not be able to utilize it to the fullest - Use a 6 point 14mm socket to get the old hardware off! I made the mistake of using a 12 point and it completely stripped one of the stock bolts getting it off. Vice grips saved me. Recommend having a pair handy, but MAKE SURE to use a 6 point 14mm. Let the car cool! Have it paired with their EBCS and CAI. Grabbing their FMIC kit as well the rest of the exhaust system soon and I cannot wait! Make a turbo inlet GS!
