Awesome Cherry Blossom
"I got a couple of cans of this last year and forgot to review it. I just picked up a can of World Rally Blue and was reviewing that and popped over to do this. I did my sway bars and sprayed WRX on my intercooler, that's been a year ago and they both look like they were just done. Went on easy, looks great, come on it's Cherry Blossom! Love the color and the quality of the product and great service. I might be getting more as I have another project and I don't know if I have enough."

paint doesn't seem to "stay"
"So I bought this paint to spray my 07 wrx calipers with because I wanted the factory sti color. Now I sand blasted my calipers, cleaned them very well, and then sprayed 3 coats of primer. Now maybe it was the primer I used but I doubt it as I did the same thing with the world rally blue paint on my diff cover. My issue is that any form of liquid seemed to make the paint run. Since these are brake calipers, they see brake fluid and brake cleaner. When I assembled the brakes, I had to use some brake fluid for the pistons and when I touched the calipers on accident, the paint started to come right off. Seems like whatever base is used for the paint is too water soluble. Color wise I am very satisfied, price wise, $17 for a can of spray paint...? I guess since you guys are the only ones that carry it you can charge what ever you want... Matt@GS: Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with our paint! We do suggest that for a high-heat application, that you use a paint that is specifically formulated to perform in that environment. Our paints are meant to be used on wheels and body panels and are not intended to be used in high temperature applications or where there may be prolonged exposure to brake fluid. As far as the cost goes, we wish it was less expensive as well, but there is a certain cost associated with very low volume, custom mixed aerosol paints.
