We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
- All returns must be returned to the location listed on your RMA form. If a return is sent to any other location your return will not be processed.
- No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles.
- Parts must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation.
- Parts must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
- Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by GrimmSpeed are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
- An RMA number can be obtained from GrimmSpeed by sending an email to support@grimmspeed.com with your name, sales order number(s), and part number and/or description of the item(s) you’re returning.
- Return requests must be made within sixty (60) days of the original invoice/shipping date, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once an RMA is issued, it is valid for thirty (30) days. Any return made after thirty (30) days of the RMA being issued will not be authorized.
- Even though we ship all orders over $150 for free, if you return the product, you will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges.
- For orders placed totaling under $150 or where an alternative shipping method was selected at checkout, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Kit Returns: if you wish to return a kit or package, you will need to return the entire kit. Partial kit returns will not be accepted.

- Due to the potentially dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on installed or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed return processing and/or the refusal of returned products. Items that were shipped incorrectly, thus resulting in being damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department for verification. Please be sure to package all returns properly to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. GrimmSpeed cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages
Electronics / Sensors:
- Due to the possible rapid failure, misdiagnosis, mishandling, liability, and nature of functionality, GrimmSpeed does NOT accept any returns on electronic products. Example: COBB Accessport.
Right of Refusal & Restocking Fee:
- GrimmSpeed has the right to refuse return or apply a 25 - 80% restocking fee on returned products not received in proper condition, non-GrimmSpeed products, products returned after the Standard 60-day return period and/or any other scenarios deemed appropriate.
Non-GrimmSpeed Product & Manufacturer Direct / Special Order Return Policy:
- Products not manufactured by GrimmSpeed are often not stocked at our facility and drop-shipped from a distributor or manufacturer. Examples: radiators, oil filters, clutch/flywheel(s), etc. We also sell unique, custom items that are often made-to-order and are considered manufacturer direct or special orders items from manufacturers or suppliers. These items are ordered in a case-by-case basis, specifically for each customer. Consequently, items indicated as having this "Manufacturer Direct" or "Special Order" status are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed otherwise. If a Return is issued, Restocking Fees may be applied. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs, GrimmSpeed is not responsible for items that were ordered in confidence by the customer for their build, but do not have proper fitment, functionality, or performance.
As-Is Products:
- GrimmSpeed may sell items that are not eligible for returns under our Standard Return Policy. These items may be labeled as (but not exclusively), Open-Box, Clearance, Blemished, or Overstock merchandise. These items are sold at greatly reduced prices; therefore, all sales are considered as-is and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. Any discounted items have been tested for basic functionality and integrity, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings, dents, or slight manufacturing inconsistencies. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both GrimmSpeed from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Open-Box, Clearance, Blemished and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of warranty.
